Our primary mission is to promote responsible food safety practices through education. Your satisfaction with our service is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with the products or services provided by this site, we will gladly provide a full or partial refund for all monies paid within 90 days of payment. We cannot issue a refund after the training program or the practice exams are taken or after your CFP Exam has been scheduled.

We can only provide a refund against the originating credit card. We cannot issue cash refunds or refunds made at the request of third-parties. We also cannot issue refunds for mail-out services (picture badges, laminated cards, etc).

To request a refund, email your request to the Support Desk. To make sure we can find your account, please include a Certificate ID. Refunds are generally issued on the day requested. We will contest any refund / bank chargeback request that does not authorize refund through our support desk.
